Wednesday mid-day, there was the largest dust devil that most had ever seen. Tiny ones pop up all over the city, but this one was huge, tearing across the inner playa.

That same afternoon, there was a dust storm the likes that I'd never seen. Again, dust storms happen, but this blocked out the sun. It can barely be seen here, but it is there.
